Keeping up with innovative trends and automation in the workplace is necessary to stay competitive.  Having a workforce that is well-trained for present and future jobs increases the development readiness of the region. There are many career training resources available for businesses in the Russellville Region. These job training programs are preparing the future workforce of Russellville to thrive.
