Odalis Garcia, Director of Communications and Marketing, maintains communication between members and the Chamber including managing the Chamber’s website and social media platforms. She creates and distributes the Chamber’s weekly email and email communications, creates visual content across multiple platforms, and creates marketing campaigns that engage local members. Odalis serves as the liaison to the Downtown Russellville Streetscape Project Committee and the Community Engagement Marketing Committee.
