Inspire River Valley is the Workforce Development program formed through a partnership of River Valley businesses, K12 schools, & post-secondary schools and connected through the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce. The goals of Inspire River Valley are to:
- Link individuals to career and/or educational opportunities and regional employers to their future workforce.
- Link students to in-demand career paths through virtual and in-person career experiences with business and industry.
- Become the conduit for talent to upskill.
- Collaborate with regional businesses to facilitate meaningful career experiences.
