Join area businesses and potential customers as the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce celebrates the 20th Annual River Valley Business Expo with new opportunities and activities on August 4, 2023 at the Tucker Coliseum on Arkansas Tech Campus. Thursday, August 3rd:
Set up is from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3rd. All booths must be finished by 3:00 p.m. The Preview Party is from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 
Friday, August 4th:
The Expo will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tear down is from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. For safety reasons, booth are not to be torn down before 3:00 p.m.
Theme: River Valley - A natural state of mind
We highly encourage you to decorate your booth to go with the theme. Helium balloons are not allowed. You could be chosen by the public for the Best Booth Award and win a free booth or the 2024 Expo

EXPERIENCE THE BUSINESS EXPO PREVIEW PARTY

Celebrate with the River Valley's business decision makers at this year's expo preview party at 5:00p.m. on Thursday, August 3rd. Enjoy great hors d'oerves from chamber members, win door prizes from our preview party sponsors, and network with professionals to create business opportunities. Best booth will be chosen during this event, so don't miss out!

BOOTH SPECIFICS

Included in booth price is one company identification sign, an 8' backdrop and 3'high divider curtains on each side, one 6' skirted table and two chairs. Electricity is available for a $50 fee per booth. 

Cancellations/Refunds: Exhibitors canceling on/or before July 1, 2023 will be eligible for a full refund less $50.00 per booth processing fee. Exhibitors canceling from
July 2, 2023 – July 15, 2023 will receive a 50% refund and exhibitors canceling on or after July 15, 2023 will not be eligible for refunds

Exhibitors are required to provide a door prize of $25.00 or higher in value. You may also give away another door prize at your booth. 

Plan on setting up your booth on August 3rd between 9a.m. and 3p.m. for liability reasons, booths must remain up until the expo ends at 3p.m. on August 4th. 

BUSINESS EXPO PRICING

Early Bird payments must be received by June 30, 2023. Payments received after June 30 will be full price. All payments are due by July 15, 2023.

THINKING ABOUT BECOMING A SPONSOR?

Preview Party | $2,000 - 2 complimentary booths, electricity at booth locations available, large logo on event specific advertising, announcements during the preview party, banner inside (provided by business) and expo banner at business location, and opportunity to run a 30-second commercial at the preview party and day of the expo

Platinum | $1,000 - Complimentary booth with electricity, logo on event specific advertising, 30-second promotional video during the event, hourly announcements the day of the expo, banner displayed outside event, expo banner at business location. 

Gold | $750 (w/booth $910) - 50% off booth rate with complimentary electricity, logo on event specific advertising, periodic announcements the day of the expo, banner displayed outside event.

Silver | $500 (w/booth $740) - 25% off booth with complimentary electricity, logo on event specific advertising, periodic announcements day of expo, banner displayed outside even. .

Bronze | $250 - Name listed on event specific advertising, announcement the day of expo. 

DOOR PRIZES
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
NOW HIRING SIGNS
The Chamber will have “Now Hiring” stickers available for the exhibitors to pick up on set up day to display at their booth.
RETAIL SALES
Retail sales are permitted per the following guidelines:
• All merchandise should be inside your booth prior to the start of the event.
• Stock may be replenished throughout the day; however, for safety reasons, dollies or equipment for use in transportation of product (other than by hand) are not permitted.
• Sale of food and beverages is not permitted.
• Distribution of individually wrapped samples is acceptable.
• Individual merchants shall be responsible for all business interactions.
VENDOR TIPS
• Make your booth stand out with the theme and look inviting to potential customers.
• Display promotional items and demonstrate your products, etc.
• Have your booth manned at all times.
• Use a prize draw or contest to collect contact information
• Stay active on social media. Offer discounts/perks after they follow you.
• Connect with customers & follow up with them!

The RACC, Expo sponsors, and Arkansas Tech University disclaim liability for damages and losses due to fire, theft, accident, vandalism, or other cause, and will not be responsible for electrical and other related failures. Exhibitor shall at all times protect. indemnify, save and hold harmless the chamber, expo sponsors, and Arkansas Tech University against any and all loss, damage, liability, or expense arising out of any occurence related to exhibitor's occupancy and use of Expo premises during or after the time period of exhibition.
