The Russellville Arkansas River Valley Region’s (Pope & Yell Counties) current population is approximately 84,000 people and the population base is growing faster (32 and 27 percent, respectively) than both the state and national averages. The region is experiencing higher growth, especially in the working age demographic, when compared to the nation.

The population base isn’t just growing faster than the national average. It’s also a younger population with a median age of 34.9, beating the state and national median age by almost three years.

The rapidly growing population provides an abundance of available workers for businesses, both currently and in the future.
