Alyssa Carter, COO, is responsible for daily operations of the Chamber of Commerce and Russellville Regional Alliance, including event coordinating, financial bookkeeping, human resource management, and staff oversight. She also works closely with community leaders to improve regional quality of place. She serves as the liaison to the Quality of Place Committee, the Promotion & Events committee, and holds a seat on the TriPeaks Board of Directors.
